Here we have two irresistible hand-produced pelicans with pink beaks and 'murrina' for the eyes. This a is a very special and well-known Venetian technique more commonly known as 'millefiori', which consists of fusing together coloured glass rods, then cutting out a cross-section.
Both the large and the small pelicans sit on a crystal base.
